Training Centre for drivers

Train with confidence. Drive with TRANSPRESS.

At TRANSPRESS, professional confidence is built through practical preparation, real experience and support.
Whether you are new to intra-European transport or looking to strengthen your skills, our Training Centre gives you a clear route towards independent international driving.

How training works

Our programme combines practical exercises with real operational experience. From vehicle handling and load safety to navigating European routes, you will learn by driving our modern trucks alongside with experienced professionals.

Intensive driver training

Begin with 4–8 days of theory and practical preparation at our Sofia headquarters. Your training includes:

  • Truck familiarisation, safety procedures and manoeuvring practice

  • Professional driving-simulator sessions in varied road and weather conditions

  • Transport documents and everyday operational procedures

  • Digital tachograph use

Paid practical training with an experienced driver-mentor

Your first jobs are completed alongside an experienced TRANSPRESS driver-mentor on real intra-European operations. You will put your training into practice, gain first-hand experience and receive daily pay throughout the mentoring period.

Additional supported driving, if you need it

Everyone develops confidence at a different pace. If you need more practical time after your mentored routes, we can arrange additional supported driving with an experienced TRANSPRESS driver. The aim is simple: to make sure you are prepared to work independently, safely and confidently.

Start driving independently

Once you complete the programme, you can begin independent work on TRANSPRESS international operations. You will continue to have support from our fleet managers, dispatch team and HR colleagues whenever you need it.

Our high-tech simulator lets you train in a safe, realistic environment before you take those skills onto the road. Practise driving in different conditions—from mountain roads and city traffic to motorways and changing weather—without risk. It is a practical way to build safer habits, stronger vehicle control and more fuel-efficient driving techniques.
