What data we process

Depending on your interaction with us, we may process identity and contact details, application and professional information (licence categories, experience, documents you submit), technical data (IP address, device/browser information, cookies) and communications you send us.

Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to manage job and training applications, communicate with candidates, improve our websites (including analytics cookies where allowed), comply with legal obligations, and — where required — on the basis of your consent.

Sharing

Data may be shared with service providers who support our recruitment and IT operations, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep application data only as long as needed for the recruitment process and applicable legal retention periods.

Your rights
