Hiring Process for Drivers — Step by Step

Apply fast through our online form or just give us a call. We'll review your info and get back to you within 1 business day.

PHONE CALL
Within a day of getting your application, we'll call you to talk about your goals as a professional driver, walk through your experience, answer any questions, and go over the routes available to you.

DRIVING SKILLS ASSESSMENT
Show us what you've got with a test drive at our base in Sofia. We assess your truck-handling skills in a low-pressure setting and then get your contract signed.

TRAINING CENTER ONBOARDING
No international driving experience? You'll go through our Training Center, where you'll get hands-on training on different truck and cargo types, safety instructions, and a full introduction to how we work. We built the Training Center to give you confidence and make your move to TRANSPRESS smooth and successful.

FIRST ROUTES WITH AN EXPERIENCED MENTOR DRIVER
An experienced driver rides along on your first international trips, sharing real, on-the-road know-how and helping you settle confidently into our professional driver community.

Documents You'll Need to Apply
Driver's license with category C + E
Professional competence certificate for freight transport
Digital tachograph card
Medical fitness certificate
Criminal record certificate
Bank account certificate
ADR certificate for dangerous goods (an advantage, not required)
Additional Qualifications That Set You Apart
Knowledge of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 on driving and rest times
Experience with the proper loading and securing of different types of cargo
Ability to maneuver a truck and semi-trailer
Foreign languages (an advantage, not required)
